Subject	Has anyone dealt with the new CA emissions laws this year?

Message	If so, any pointers, ideas or lessons learned? I am about to install downpipes and gut the precats so I'm a bit worried about emissions when the time comes although it won't be for another year or so. All input is greatly appreciated.
